Al Joud 1 Project – Al Helio 1 Area, Ajman

Future Development Road Contracting Company is currently executing the Al Joud 1 Project in Al Helio 1 Area, Ajman, for Tanmia Real Estate Development. The project is part of an infrastructure development initiative aimed at delivering a high-quality road network in accordance with approved engineering standards, technical specifications, and industry best practices.

The project extends over a total road length of 800 linear meters. To date, the construction team has successfully completed the Formation Layer, Subbase Layer, and Road Base Layer, establishing a strong and durable foundation for the subsequent stages of asphalt paving and final road construction.

All completed works have been carried out using modern construction equipment and under the supervision of experienced engineering and technical professionals, with a strong emphasis on quality control, safety, and adherence to the approved project schedule.
